Kanishk Infotech respects your privacy and provides this page to explain how you can request the deletion of information associated with our Meta application, N8N Automation.

N8N Automation is used to connect authorised Facebook and Instagram business assets with Kanishk Infotech’s automation systems for services such as:

• Facebook and Instagram content publishing
• Meta Lead Ads processing
• Advertising reports and analytics
• Page and Instagram performance analytics
• Lead-management and customer follow-up automation

Information That May Be Processed

Depending on the permissions granted and the services used, we may process information such as:

• Facebook Page and Instagram professional account identifiers
• Business account information
• Page, post and media information
• Advertising campaign and performance data
• Lead information submitted through Meta Lead Ads forms
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers and enquiry details submitted voluntarily
• Technical records required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the integration

We only process information necessary to provide the requested automation, marketing, reporting or lead-management services.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from Kanishk Infotech’s systems, send an email to:

Use the following email subject:

Meta Data Deletion Request – N8N Automation

Please include:

1. Your full name.
2. Your email address.
3. The Facebook Page, Instagram account or business name associated with the request.
4. Your Facebook or Instagram user ID, Page ID or account identifier, when available.
5. A brief description of the information you want deleted.
6. Any additional information that may help us locate your records.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account or business whenever possible.

Verification of Your Request

Before deleting information, Kanishk Infotech may need to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorised to act for the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram account, business or client account.

This verification is performed to prevent unauthorised deletion of business or personal information.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

After receiving and verifying your request, we will:

1. Identify the information connected to your account or request.
2. Delete or anonymise the applicable information from our active systems.
3. Request deletion from relevant service providers where necessary.
4. Confirm completion by email.

We aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 calendar days. We will contact you if additional information or more time is required.

Information That May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained when necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Taxation, accounting or audit requirements
• Fraud prevention and platform security
• Resolving disputes
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
• Maintaining records of the deletion request itself

Any retained information will be restricted, protected and removed when it is no longer required.

Disconnecting the Application from Meta

You may also remove or revoke access to N8N Automation through the apps, websites or business integration settings available in your Facebook or Meta account.

Revoking access prevents the application from accessing new information. However, it may not automatically delete information already stored in Kanishk Infotech’s systems. To request deletion of previously stored information, follow the email procedure described above.

Important Clarification

This page explains how to delete information stored or processed by Kanishk Infotech through N8N Automation.

It does not delete your Facebook account, Instagram account, Facebook Page, Meta Business Portfolio or advertising account. Those assets must be managed through the relevant Meta account settings.
